CASA BOA VISTA

Casa Boa Vista is an idyllic, family friendly 4 bedroom villa with private heated pool, spacious landscaped gardens and orchards close to the market town of Sao Bras.

This is a villa that has been finished to an exceptionally high standard with every covenience having been thought of. The entrance hall leads into the living room with pale tiled floors, comfortable sofas and a wood burning stove (which is perfect for holidays out of season) - we offer satellite TV and good wifi. French windows lead onto the covered veranda with its breathtaking views across the Algarve hills towards the coast. The well equipped kitchen has pale wooden units, an American fridge, granite worktops and contemporary fittings and fixtures. A couple of steps lead up to the dining room with seating for 8. There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor - two with twin beds and the third with zip and link beds which make a King. Two of these bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms plus an additional family bathroom. Upstairs is the superb master bedroom with king size bed, en-suite bathroom and a balcony with those unbeatable views.

The star of the show is the location! The superb pool is 10m x 5m with roman steps to the shallow end - this can be heated at an additional cost. Surrounding the pool are well maintained gardens, patios, terraces (boasting hand made Santa Catharina tiles) and a covered dining area. To the east of the house is our orchard which bursts with lemon, orange and other seasonal fruit. The sundowner corner is a must! To the other side of the house is an additional dining area seated around the pepper tree. The villa enjoys a secure setting with lockable gates, walled and fenced perimeter and an alarm system. There is parking for up to 3 cars.

The Central Algarve is far more relaxing and infinitely more "cool" than it's western neighbour. The towns are sleepy, the beaches quieter and there is much to explore.  Secluded beaches can stretch forever with nobody in sight - take the little ferry to Ilha Deserta (just off Faro) and enjoy your own Robinson Crusoe experience.  Centuries old towns with markets and cafes, traditional foods (including of course the pastel de nata) and delicious wines.  Loule market is definitely worth exploring with stalls selling regional handicrafts, local produce and freshly caught fish and seafood.  Porches Pottery is a famous working pottery where you can see the craftsmen painting their by hand - a great cafe provides lunch (and even carrot cake)...

You can do as little or as much as you like when you visit us but we can promise you that it will be love at first sight.
