The delightful seaside town of Criccieth is only minutes away, with its sandy beach and splendid Castle, as is the superb beach at Black Rock.  The owner of these 4 houses is David Williams-Ellis whose great uncle (Clough Williams-Ellis) designed nearby Portmeirion.   For those looking for a little more excitement, Zip World and Bounce Below are only a 35 minute drive!
