Loulis House is a wonderful 3 bedroom 2 storey Cycladic house with sea views in the pretty seaside town of Finikias on the unspoiled island of Syros. Entering into the spacious open plan living dining area with wooden beams, you will feel very comfortable. Nautical prints and carefully chosen soft furnishings add the charm. The modern kitchen is well equipped with everything that you could possibly need. The living room leads onto the spacious shaded terrace with dining table which is where you will spend much of your time. Above the living area is a mezzanine with sofa bed for an extra guest. This leads onto the three pretty bedrooms and two bathrooms - The master bedroom has it's own balcony with breathtaking views across the sailing boats moored in the harbour.
The picture perfect resort of Finikas was originally a port but it now home to the yachting fraternity with its lovely sandy beach and line of tavernas. The beach is free of charge for our visitors including the hire of a parasol!
You can walk to both the beach and several restaurants.
